The Ministry of Works (MOW) is a Cook Islands government ministry established under the Public Service "Identification of Departments Order 2000". MOW is responsible for the Regulatory/Monitoring and Policy Development functions associated with Survey Land Information, Building, Urban & Rural Planning, Roads, Waste Management and Water Supply in the Cook Islands.
